Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that, following a Sale of 250,000 Ordinary
share of 1p each in the Company on 2nd December, 1999 Norwich Union plc's
holding is now 1,164,000 representing 3.73% of the issued share capital of the
Company.  These Shares are registered in the name of Norwich Union Life &
Pensions B A/C.

The interest is being disclosed on behalf of Norwich Union plc as the ultimate
holding company of the Norwich Union Group of Companies.
