The Company has been informed that Mr Milliken, a Director of the Company, has
a beneficial interest in the following transaction in the Ordinary 25p Shares
of the Company. The shares were purchased by Catalyst Capital Partners a
partnership in which Mr Milliken has a 25% beneficial holding.
