The following amendment has been made to the 'Result of AGM' announcement released on 11 May 2015 at 13:30 under RNS No 7807M.

The correction made was to amend the year that the Annual General Meeting was held which incorrectly stated was 2014 instead of 2015.

All other details remain unchanged.

The Board of European Real Estate Investment Trust Limited confirms that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders was held at 10am on 11 May 2015 at the Company's registered office, Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey.

The following ordinary resolutions were passed:

1 To receive and adopt the annual report and audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2014, together with the directors' report and the auditors' report;

2 To re-appoint BDO Limited as auditors of the Company until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company at which the financial statements of the Company are laid before the members;

   3         To authorise the Directors to determine the remuneration of the auditors; 
   4         To re-appoint Mr Wessel Hamman as Director of the Company;

5 To renew the Company's authority to make market purchases of its own shares in accordance with Section 315 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended).
