Resignation and Appointment of Directors

Hastings Investments Ireland Limited announced on 12 October 2011 that its offer for ClearStream had become unconditional in all respects. ClearStream announced on 12 October 2011 that it had applied to cancel the admission to trading of ClearStream shares on AIM and that such cancellation was expected to become effective at 7.00am on 10 November 2011.

ClearStream now announces the resignation of Michael Love, Andrew Jones, Jean De Schepper and Patrick Prendergast from the Board of Directors, effective as from 12 October 2011.

The Board of ClearStream would like to thank them for their considerable contribution to the development of ClearStream.

ClearStream also announces the appointment, effective 12 October 2011, of Jeff Spicer (49) and Zubair Javeed (39) as directors of ClearStream.
