Confirmation of publication of circular

The Company announces that, further to the announcement made on 25 September 2013, it confirms that a circular convening a general meeting to be held at 11:00 a.m. on 16 October 2013 at the offices of Peterhouse Corporate Finance Limited, 31 Lombard Street EC3V 9BQ, to consider proposals including a proposed disposal of Plain Healthcare, a Company Voluntary Arrangement and a placing of new ordinary shares, was posted to shareholders yesterday.
