Statement re. Possible sale of interest in an investee company 
 
The  Board of Crown  Place VCT PLC  notes that it  is in advanced discussions to 
sell its interest in one of its investee companies. Whilst there is no certainty 
that  the transaction  will complete,  if the  sale were  to take place it would 
result  in an  uplift in  NAV per  share of  around 2.9 pence or 8.6% of the net 
asset value at 31st December 2009.
