iCON Infrastructure III agrees to buy indirect stake in Bristol Water plc

On 14 November 2016 iCON Infrastructure Partners III, L.P. agreed to acquire a 30% stake in Bristol Water from Suez in a deal which is scheduled to complete on 15 December 2016. The deal will result in iCON indirectly controlling 80% of Bristol Water plc's shares. As was announced on 10 June 2016 Luis Garcia, CEO, will return to the Suez Group and this move will occur on completion of the transaction. The recruitment process for his replacement is well under way and a further announcement in this regard will be made on or prior to completion.
