    Bluewater announces that application has been made for admission of 7,200,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to
trading on AIM. 

    The Ordinary Shares have been issued to Lehman Brothers International (Europe) pursuant to the placing announced by the Company on 29
July 2008. It is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on 4 August 2008.

    Following the issue of these shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 222,483,438 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
