BlueCrest BlueTrend Limited: Transaction in own shares

Pursuant to the Tender Offer, BlueCrest BlueTrend Limited (the 'Company') announces that on 17 July 2014 it purchased 47,886,715 of its USD shares of no par value and 60,271,795 of its GBP shares of no par value at the following price per share:

47,886,715 USD shares and 55,514,082 GBP shares purchased will be cancelled, and 4,757,713 GBP Shares will be held in Treasury.

Following the above purchases and compulsory conversion of the remaining US$ Shares into Sterling Shares as detailed in the announcement dated 15 July 2014, the Company holds 4,757,713 GBP shares in Treasury and the total number of shares in issue will be 47,577,128 GBP shares (excluding treasury shares).

Accordingly, the issued share capital will consist of 47,577,128 ordinary shares with voting rights. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
