Admission of shares to trading on AIM

The Company announces that, under the rules of the Company's performance share plan, 168,300 ordinary shares of 2 pence each have vested. The Company has today applied for such shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is anticipated that admission of such shares shall take place on or around 15 March 2015.

Following the admission to trading of such shares, the Company shall have 113,352,782 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in issue.
