Telstra Corporation Limited - Financial Results half year ended 31 December 2022

On 1 January 2023 Telstra completed its corporate restructure. The corporate restructure, which was approved by shareholders and the Court in October 2022, saw the establishment of a new parent company, Telstra Group Limited, with four key subsidiaries.

In the new legal structure, the previous listed parent entity of the Telstra Group, Telstra Corporation Limited, operates the InfraCo Fixed business and has notes quoted on the ASX wholesale debt securities market as well as on SGX and LSE.

In accordance with the Corporations Act, Telstra Corporation Limited is required to lodge a directors' report and financial report for the half year ended 31 December 2022.

The financial report is substantially similar to the Telstra Group Limited financial report released on 16 February 2023, with adjustments made as a result of the corporate restructure. An explanation of this is included in the directors' report and note 3.3 of the financial report.

The directors' report and financial report have been sent to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
