Issue of 2.4812 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2037

Sanctuary Capital PLC has today executed a Purchase Agreement in connection with the issue of GBP75 million in principal amount of 2.4812 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2037 (the "New Bonds"). The issue of New Bonds has been priced at 2.4812 per cent.. It is expected that the proceeds of the New Bonds will be received on 12 November 2019.
