Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification on 11 May 2004 from Citibank, N.A. informing
it that Standard Life Investments sold 17,700 shares on 7 May 2004 on behalf of
Standard Life Group. Consequently it has a material interest of 828,593 ordinary
shares, representing 4.952% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The shares are registered in the name of Stanlife Nominees Limited.
