The Company was today informed that Mr Alan Goodman, Chairman of the Company,
purchased on the 3 October 2003, 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") for 4.5 pence per share.


Following this purchase Mr Goodman has a beneficial interest in 14,400,533
Ordinary Shares, representing 6.8 per cent of the current issued share capital
of the Company.
