Urbium PLC (the "Company") announces that Steven Palmer, Finance Director of the
Company, yesterday notified the Company that he acquired yesterday 3,000
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 428 pence per share. Mr Palmer is
now deemed to be interested in 5,314 ordinary shares in the Company.
