Aferian plc (LSE AIM: AFRN), the B2B video streaming solutions company, announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has today been posted to shareholders.

The Notice of AGM is also available to view on the Group's website: www.aferian.com

The AGM of the Company will be held at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, London, EC1A 4HD on Wednesday 31 May 2023, at 9.00 a.m.

The 2022 Annual Report is expected to be sent to shareholders later this month.
