Aferian plc (LSE AIM: AFRN), the B2B video streaming solutions company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 November 2021 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM of the Company will be held at the offices of Investec Bank plc, 30 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP on Monday 21 March 2022 at 11.00 a.m.
