Technipower Introduces 'Instant Solar for Educational Market', Receives First Order

DANBURY, Conn., Nov. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Technipower
Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets: TECZ), formerly Solomon Technologies,
Inc., announced today that the Independent Day School of
Middlefield, CT has purchased a 1.6 kW Instant Solar PV system for
use as both a clean power generator and educational platform.
"Instant Solar is an ideal way to broaden our students'
understanding of renewable energy," said John Barrengos, Head of
School of the Independent Day School. "It provides the students
with a hands-on opportunity to work with solar technology as well
as a class room environment that links basic math and science with
the seasons of the year." Instant Solar is a ground mounted solar
PV system consisting of factory assembled, factory tested and
easy-to-install PV module arrays coupled to a grid-tied DC/AC
inverter. Technipower has enhanced its Instant Solar product with
several features to help educators communicate the technology,
performance, and value of a solar PV system for the user and for
society, including class room teaching tools and a state of the
art, web based solar PV monitoring system to provide a real-time
educational experience. Technipower is supporting the school with
guidance to connect, start-up, and monitor the Instant Solar system
to help integrate it in their renewable energy education
