You have any insight to the selling and drop of SP?  There is no way to determine if they are diluting shares since they are not updating the share structure on OTC MARKETS website. 

Please, BDD (if true) has proven inconsequential to getting Radiogel to market. And IDE approval? MK first has to submit an application, something he's failed to do after nearly a decade leading RDGL.
