Rival Technologies Inc., (OTCBB:RVTIF) announced today that the Company has filed an application with the United States Patent Office on its innovative CWI (Continuous Water Injection) Technology for use with diesel engines. The patent application covers aspects of both the system and process involved in the operation of the CWI Technology. CWI Technology is a continuous water injection system, that, when installed on diesel engines, results in significant reductions of harmful nitrogen oxide and smoke emissions, improved fuel efficiency, and cleaner operation. Applications include heavy-duty on and off-road vehicles, marine vessels and large-scale commercial vehicles, like buses. Rival Technologies has been working toward this filing under the direction of its chief technology consultant, Dr. Anatoly Mezheritsky for the past 12 months. Details of the patent filing have not been made available until now in order to protect the proprietary nature of this development. Robin J.
