On 7 May 2003 The Board of Prime People Plc ("the Company") granted to Mr C I
Heayberd, Finance Director, an option to subscribe for 250,000 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company under the terms of The Prime People 2001 Employee
Share Option Scheme.  The option is exercisable at a price of 4.833p per share
between 6 May 2006 and 6 May 2013.  This brings the total number of shares held
under option by Mr Heayberd to 391,730.
