This is actually not worthless. There is a bid every day. I will agree this is worthless when there is zero bid,, But there is a bid every day and I am bid sitting! I know its so hard for you to understand this strategy.

OTC website show updated last May 12 and 349 mil added to O/S since early in the year. I can only assume that that is what’s being sold with OTCN occasionally on the ask. A/S is almost maxed out so one can only hope they run out and they don’t raise the A/S.
