Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 4, 2022, STORE Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
Additionally, on May 4, 2022, the Company made available on its website a supplemental report of operating and financial information for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 (“Supplemental Information”) as well as issued its 2022 first quarter investor presentation containing operating and financial data of the Company (“Investor Presentation”), which Supplemental Information and Investor Presentation are furnished as Exhibit 99.2 and Exhibit 99.3 hereto, respectively, and incorporated herein by reference.
The information set forth in this Item 2.02, including the information contained in the attached Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3, is deemed to be “furnished” and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and is not incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company, whether made before or after the date hereof, regardless of any general incorporation language in such filing.
