The pps seems to have seen its low point, jumping quite well today. At least now I am up about 10% after I bought a small stake - 3,000 shares - some weeks ago.

Efficacy/risk benefit should be the gatekeeper issue. Without that, the rest is moot. So if MHRA has already resolved that issue in DCVax-L’s favor, then the question becomes even harder.
