Dana Corporation Contributes $100,000 to Aid Tsunami Relief Effort
TOLEDO, Ohio, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In response to the
recent tsunami devastation in South Asia and India, Dana
Corporation (NYSE:DCN) has contributed $100,000 (U.S.) to the Red
Cross International Response Fund to support the humanitarian
relief and recovery efforts. (Logo:

Dana will make a second contribution to the Red Cross by matching
employee and retiree donations made to registered charitable
organizations through January 31, 2005 that support the tsunami
relief efforts. "Our thoughts and prayers go out to all who were
touched by this tragic event," said Mike Burns, Dana Chairman and
CEO. "In the wake of this devastating tragedy, Dana Corporation,
its employees and retirees are committed to helping with the
recovery and rebuilding efforts in South Asia and India. We hope

process." Dana operates five facilities in India. In South Asia,
Dana operates three facilities located in Indonesia and Thailand.
None of the eight Dana facilities were affected by the tsunami.
