CLARCOR Announces Dividend Increase and Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend FRANKLIN, Tenn., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CLARCOR Inc. (NYSE:CLC) announced today that at the September 20, 2004 board meeting its Board of Directors declared an increase in the regular quarterly dividend from $0.1250 per share to $0.1275 per share. This increase raises the annual rate from $0.50 per share to $0.51 per share, which is the 21st consecutive annual increase. The dividend is payable October 29, 2004 to shareholders of record October 19, 2004. CLARCOR is based in Franklin, Tennessee, and is a diversified marketer and manufacturer of mobile, industrial and environmental filtration products and consumer and industrial packaging products sold in domestic and international markets.
