In my opinion something is up despite volume not indicating it.
Sudden price changes like that mean someone got antsy and wanted in was willing to pay the market premium.
Could have something to do with a possible suitor, or it may have to do with something else.

They are on the slow train. Once they see what improved Direct can do they will change their minds again but for now they can emphasize synergy with existing treatments to help protect investments in the status quo a little bit. Best wishes.
