offering, which closed on Wednesday, June 7, 2006. The Carlsbad,
CA-based Alphatec Holdings, a medical device company focused on the

9.3 million shares at $9. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and First
Albany Capital Inc. were the lead underwriters on the deal, along
