American Claims Evaluation, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMCE) (the “Company”) announced today that it had mailed an Information Statement on February 17, 2010 to all of the holders of record of the common stock of the Company as of the close of business on February 12, 2010. The purpose of the Information Statement was to notify shareholders of the Company’s intent to change the corporate name of American Claims Evaluation, Inc. to American Learning Corporation.

American Learning Corporation more accurately reflects the Company’s current line of business subsequent to its purchase of Interactive Therapy Group Consultants, Inc. in September 2008. The corporate name change will become effective on March 17, 2010, twenty (20) days after the Information Statement was mailed to shareholders.

The Company’s Chairman Gary Gelman stated: “Our focus will be on the education industry. We will seek growth and opportunities to expand our services through acquisitions in the following areas: (1) School staffing, tutoring and training programs, (2) On-line learning, technology and other alternatives to traditional classroom-based education, and (3) Management of schools and school programs”.
