been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 01 February 2007.



Nick has over 30 years experience in the investment business and was formerly
the head of investment consulting at Watson Wyatt before retiring at the end of
2006.  He is a trustee board member of two large corporate UK pension funds and
a non-executive director of Legal & General Investment Management.
