Resignation of Nominated Adviser 
 
 
Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Arden Partners plc has given notice that it has 
resigned as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company with immediate effect. 
 
 
If a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed by 07:00am on 14 September 
2009, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be cancelled pursuant 
to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules For Companies.
