The  Board of Pennine AIM VCT 5 plc ("the Company") announces the resignation of 
Nick Lewis as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. 
 
Nick has decided to resign to avoid any potential conflicts of interest with the 
Company's future plans. 
 
The  Board would like to  thank Nick for the  valuable contributions he has made 
since his original appointment at the launch of the Company in 2004.
