    Appointment of Stephen Bentley as Group Finance Director

    Newfound N.V. (AIM: NFND) is pleased to announce that Stephen Bentley has today been appointed Group Finance Director and will join the
Board of the Company with immediate effect. This is the first Board appointment following Jayne McGivern's recruitment as Chief Executive
Officer and the recent �15m fundraising. 

    Mr. Bentley (55) joins the Company from oil services group RBG, where he was Group Finance Director and a member of the company's Board
and Executive Leadership Team from 2006. At RBG he was responsible for finance, financial reporting and information systems. 

    He also worked at Brunner Mond, the soda ash manufacturer, where he was Group Finance Director from 1996 to 2006 and left when the
company was bought by Tata Chemicals Ltd. Mr. Bentley has also worked in a number of other organisations including TDG, Ellis & Everard and
Thomson Publications. 

    Stephen Bentley trained as an accountant at Whinney Murray & Co. 

    Jayne McGivern, CEO of Newfound, said:
