                       Directors Shareholding

Medisys has been notified that Michael Coy, a non-executive director of the
Company, has today disposed of his entire holding of 220 of the Company's
Variable Rate Convertible Bonds due 2002.  Mr Coy's holdings of 11,099,556
ordinary shares and 220 warrants, exercisable into 880,000 ordinary shares
remains unchanged.
