|  Interim Examiner by the High Court on 27th August 2010 to   | 
|  McInerney and its principal Irish subsidiaries, McInerney   | 
|  Homes Limited ("Homes), McInerney Construction (Holdings)   | 
|    Limited, McInerney Contracting Limited and McInerney      | 
|    Contracting Dublin Limited, the confirmation hearing      | 
| scheduled for today, 7th September 2010, has been adjourned  | 
|              until Friday 10th September 2010.               | 
|                                                              | 
|  Separately, the Group also states that, on 6th September    | 
|  2010, the Irish Banking Syndicate appointed a Receiver to   | 
|    McInerney Services Limited which trades as a treasury     | 
|      company, but does not hold housebuilding assets.        |
