                           Listing of Ordinary Shares

As part of the fundraising completed by In Cup Plus plc ("In Cup" or the
"Company") in October 2007 (the "Placing"), an option agreement was signed
between Barry Marks, Chief Executive Officer and the Company (the "New Option
Agreement"). Pursuant to the New Option Agreement, Barry Marks agreed to
subscribe in cash for the 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") at 1.00p per
Share.

The Board of In Cup Plus announces that application for the admission to trading
on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange has been made for the 10,000,000
Shares issued pursuant to the New Option Agreement. It is expected that dealing
in the 10,000,000 Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing ordinary shares, will commence at 8.00 a.m. on Thursday 13 March 2008.
The total number of shares in issue following this admission will be
196,501,745.

Following admission of the Shares, Barry Marks will hold 53,329,723 Shares,
representing approximately 27.14 per cent. of the Company's share capital.
