This is a corrected release to the previous Transaction in Own shares as the 
price paid per share for cancellation was wrong. It should have read 675.50 
pence per share for cancellation and not 634.97 pence per share for

The Company announces that it purchased in the market on 31 March 2010 47,000 
Ordinary 25p Shares at a price of 675.50 pence per share for cancellation. 
 
Following this transaction the number of shares in issue is 7,249,120 none of 
which are held in Treasury.
