 Joint venture established with the Victor Chandler Group to develop greyhound
                 racing platform supported by #2m share placing

                                      and

                               board appointments


  * Agreement signed with Newcote International, the holding company of the
    Victor Chandler Group, for the creation of a joint venture company called
    Red Bet Racing.

  * Gaming Insight has placed 200,000,000 new ordinary shares raising #2
    million.

  * Victor Chandler, Chairman of the Victor Chandler Group, and David Warren
    appointed to the board of Gaming Insight as non-executive directors.

  * PriceWaterhouseCoopers appointed as a strategic advisor to the board of
    Gaming Insight.

  * Seymour Pierce appointed as nominated adviser and broker.

Gaming Insight announces that it has signed an agreement with Newcote
International Limited, the holding company of the Victor Chandler Group, for the
creation of a joint venture to fully develop Gaming Insight's GoBarkingMad
platform (to be rebranded as Red Button Racing). The new joint venture company,
to be called Red Bet Racing, will use Victor Chandler's betting infrastructure
to provide telephone and fixed odds betting for greyhound racing in addition to
pari mutual interactive betting currently offered by GoBarkingMad. Betting
opportunities offered by Red Button Racing will also be marketed to Victor
Chandler's own client base.

The board also announces that it has completed a placing of 200,000,000 new
Ordinary shares to raise #2 million before expenses. Application has been made
for the 200,000,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and admission is
expected to occur on 14 January 2003.

Victor Chandler joins the board of Gaming Insight as a non-executive director
with immediate effect. Victor is Chairman of the Victor Chandler Group and is
one of the most prominent figures in the bookmaking industry. David Warren has
also joined the board of Gaming Insight as a non-executive director. David has
been an active corporate investor for many years. In connection with the
appointment of Victor Chandler and David Warren, Newcote International and David
Warren have been granted 50,000,000 warrants each to subscribe for new ordinary
shares in Gaming Insight at the placing price.

The board has instructed PriceWaterhouseCoopers to advise on the strategic
expansion and development of its greyhound racing product.

Seymour Pierce Limited has been appointed as Gaming Insight's nominated advisor
and broker with immediate effect.

our existing offering. Red Bet Racing will enable Gaming Insight to accelerate

Insight. Victor's deep knowledge and experience of bookmaking, and David's
experience in the corporate world, will add major strengths to the board."

Victor Chandler, Chairman of the Victor Chandler Group, said:
