Application has been made for the admission of 10,486,980 ordinary shares
pursuant to the exercise of options by Robert Bonnier and Christopher
Chedgzoy, directors of Freepages Group plc, and two directors of the Company's
subsidiary Scoot UK Limited.   The details are as follows:
