Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Mr. Rory Stear, a Director of Freeplay
Energy plc, acquired the following shares in the Company:

29 June 2007 - 10,000 ordinary shares at 15.5p per share

Following this transaction Mr Stear's holding has increased to 2,155,046
ordinary shares in Freeplay Energy plc, representing approximately 4.3% per cent
of the total voting rights of the Company.
