RESULT OF COURT MEETING AND GENERAL MEETING

LONDON, UK -- (Marketwire - 17 April 2013)

Fluormin Plc (AIM: FLOR) is pleased to announce that at the Court Meeting held earlier today (convened by order of the High Court in connection with the scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 (the "Scheme") whereby it was proposed that the Company will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Vanoil Energy Ltd. as described in the circular to shareholders dated 28 March 2013) the resolution was passed on a poll by a majority in number of the Scheme Shareholders (as defined in the Scheme) present in person or by proxy and who represented more than 75% in value of all the Scheme Shares (as defined in the Scheme) voted by such Scheme Shareholders.

At the general meeting of the Company also held earlier today the resolution that is necessary to implement the Scheme was passed as a special resolution.

It is still anticipated that:

   --      the Scheme will become effective on 17 May 2013; 

-- the cancellation of the Company's shares from trading on AIM will become effective at 7.30 a.m. on 20 May 2013; and

-- the New Vanoil Shares (as defined in the Scheme) to be issued to Scheme Shareholders pursuant to the Scheme will be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange by 8.00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on 20 May 2013.
