                          Shareholding in the Company



The Company was notified on 8th April 2008 by UBS Investment Bank that at close
of business on 4th April 2008 UBS AG London Branch held direct voting rights in
215,364,633 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company representing 19.56% of
the total issued share capital of the Company.



The Company was also notified on 9th April 2008 by UBS Investment Bank that at
close of business on 7th April 2008 UBS AG London Branch held direct voting
rights in 215,854,488 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company representing
20.16% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
