Issue of 2021 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Studio Retail Group plc confirms that the Company's 2021 Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders. The documents can be accessed on the Company's web site at www.studioretail.group

The Board is proposing a resolution at the Annual General Meeting to be held at 11.00am on 22 September 2021 to authorise the Company to make market purchases of a maximum of 8,686,753 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company . The Company does not have any current plans to purchase its own shares pursuant to this general authority.
