The Board of Directors ("the Board") of European Real Estate Investment Trust Limited ("the Company") announces today that application has been made for the cancellation of the listing of the Company's Participating Preference shares of No Par Value (ISIN: GG00BWFRB844) on the Official List of the Channel Islands Stock Exchange (the "cancellation").

Notice is hereby given by the Board in accordance with the relevant Listing Rules that the Cancellation shall take effect from 1 September.
