Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Avia Health Informatics Plc announces that the Company has issued 125,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each (the "Adviser Shares") as part payment of fees due in relation to advisory services provided pursuant to the securing of a convertible loan from Advanced Computer Software Group PLC, further details of which were announced by the Company on 04 September 2012. Application has been made for the Adviser Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is anticipated that Admission will occur on or around 12 December 2012.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the Adviser Shares, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 6,524,023 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds no shares in treasury, therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 6,524,023. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
