VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity  with  the Transparency  Directive,  Apollo VCT  1  PLC
notifies the  market of  the following:  Apollo VCT  1 PLC's  capital
consists of  8,829,136 ordinary  shares with  a nominal  value of  10
pence each, with voting  rights. Apollo VCT 1  PLC does not hold  any
Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting  rights in Apollo VCT 1 PLC  is
8,829,136.

The  figure  of  8,829,136  may  be  used  by  shareholders  as   the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they
are required  to notify  their  interest in,  or  a change  to  their
interest in,  Apollo  VCT  1  PLC  under  the  FSA's  Disclosure  and
Transparency Rules.
