Toyota Motor Credit Corporation ("TMCC") has published its Current Report on Form 8-K ("Form 8-K") which it had filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 2 April 2019, announcing that effective 2 April 2019, Scott Cooke was appointed by the Board of Directors of TMCC to serve as Chief Financial Officer of TMCC. Mr Cooke first joined TMCC in 2003 and has held a variety of leadership positions across the Toyota organisation, most recently serving as group vice president of treasury, business intelligence, analytics and finance.
