The Company was today informed that Mr Ronald Irwin, a Non-executive Director of
the Company, yesterday purchased 175,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") for 3.85 pence per share.

Following this purchase Mr Irwin has a beneficial interest in 211,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.01 per cent of the current issued share capital of the
Company.
