GIX Geologix Explorations (delisted)

Geologix Explorations Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GIX) (FRANKFURT:GF6) (the "Company") is
pleased to announce that Mr. Eduardo Luna has joined Geologix as a Director of
the Company.

with his wealth of experience in building mining corporations both in Latin
America and world wide. With the San Agustin Project as our foundation in

and we greatly anticipate Mr. Luna's contribution to the company's future."


Mr. Luna was President of Luismin since 1991, Executive Vice President of
Wheaton River since June 2002 and Executive Vice President of Goldcorp since
March 2005. Currently, he is Chairman of Silver Wheaton. He holds a degree in
Advanced Management from Harvard University, an MBA from Instituto Tecnologico
de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Bachelor of Science in Mining
Engineering from Universidad de Guanajuato. He held various executive positions
with Minera Autlan for seven years and with Industrias Penoles for five years.
He was Chairman of the Mexican Mining Chamber on two occasions and former
President of the Silver Institute. He serves as Chairman of Advisory Board of
the Faculty of Mines at the University of Guanajuato. He is on the board of
several other corporations.


INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Geologix Explorations Inc. (the "Company") announces that it has granted,
pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, Incentive Stock Options (the "Options") to
Mr. Eduardo Luna to purchase an aggregate of 100,000 common shares of the
Company. The Options are exercisable at a price of $2.28 per share for a period
of 5 years.
