-- Hershey Co., based in Hershey, Pa., named Patricia Little
finance chief. Ms. Little fills the CFO role left vacant by David
Tacka, who retired from the candy maker at the end of 2014. She is
CFO of staffing firm Kelly Services Inc.
-- Pearson PLC, a London-based publisher, appointed Coram
Williams chief financial officer, effective Aug. 1. Mr. Williams is
CFO at Penguin Random House. He will succeed Robin Freestone, who
the company said in October would leave "to explore a range of
other interests."
-- Scripps Networks Interactive Inc., a media company based in
Knoxville, Tenn., tapped Lori Hickock, its executive vice president
of finance, to succeed Joseph NeCastro as CFO. Mr. NeCastro was
named Scripps's first chief development officer.
-- Safran SA, a French aerospace company, named Bernard Delpit
CFO, succeeding Ross McInnes, whom the company expects to name
chairman after its April annual meeting. Mr. Delpit is currently
CFO of Credit Agricole SA.
